Use the latest in Technology. Thermal Imaging is used to find hidden leaks, missing insulation, nests, insects and other hidden items.  Very helpful in finding finding hidden mold.

More common than you think. Mold is checked for on a regular home inspection, but can be difficult to locate if behind walls or under flooring.

More common in older homes. Also checked for if visible in a regular inspection.

LEAD PAINT

More common in older homes.  Tests can be done to determine if paint is lead based.  This is visually checked but if questioned, it can be tested for.

WELL AND SEPTIC TESTING

Inspections are available for many water based tests and also Septic systems.
